Mrs. Veronica is one of the professional hands on agent that I have ever seen in over 40 years. Her and her team are very intuitive about how the work for their clients. You call them and they call you right away if they are not available at the time. I could go on and on but if you are reading this message you have to experience the great customer service 😇

State Farm Agent Veronica Munoz is AMAZING!! I called State Farm for a homeowners policy quote and Veronica was so helpful and polite when answering all of my questions. I was not expecting to make my decision about getting a new policy on that day but Veronica made me feel so welcomed and important that I decided to not only change my homeowners policy to State Farm the same day, but additionally I added my Auto, Jewelry and an Umbrella Policy with State Farm. Gross incompetency and absolutely inept in basic customer service. Provided clear instructions for billing and combining policies in September, only for such instructions to be ignored in December. Sent a total of 20+ emails with zero replies, whereas the office is also nearly unreachable by phone since November. The very limited times where the office was reachable by phone was met with rude and unprofessional conduct by certain staff members. Last I checked, I don’t receive compensation from State Farm, yet I spend more time performing customer service duties for myself than their own paid employees.

Jeremy Adams and his staff are wonderful! When I initially met Jeremy I instantly knew he was completely genuine. This was well over 10 years ago. They make you feel like family. They go above and beyond to be super helpful.They definitely practice old school customer service! They collectively are the Real Deal!!!
