Wow, Ms. Stephanie at the office of Steve Yang, State Farm Insurance is absolutely wonderful! I was overwhelmed trying to shop for a reasonably priced auto and home insurance premium. I had a list of insurance agents to visit. The moment I met this young lady Ms. Stephanie, I knew I didn't have to shop further. Stephanie was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She did not try to rush me, but rather clearly explained options available to save me money. She made sure I have a printout of what is included in my policy. By her own admission, she treats customers as she will treat her family member. I recently worked with Belle Pham at Steve Yang’s State Farm office in Sugar Land to get my auto insurance set up, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Belle was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain all of my coverage options clearly, answered every question I had (even the ones I asked twice!), and made sure I got the best rate possible. The whole process was quick, stress-free, and she even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. I've always been the person who hops from insurance to insurance trying to find the best deal every six months. But I've been with Steve Yang's State Farm for I think about 3-4 years now. Every time I call or need something, everyone is so nice and helpful. Stephanie was especially helpful this time around with helping me add a new policy to my account and making sure it was the best fit for me - but I've spoken to several people here and every time, my service is outstanding. I'm still getting the best rate I can find around, but now I'm a dedicated member because of the level of service I have consistently received over the past few years and know I'll receive moving forward.

Great experience! I spoke with Stephanie she she really helped me a lot! I just moved to Houston Area and spoke with some agents but I recommand Stephanie to everyone. She was super sweet and patient, and she could get you insured with very reasonable price with great coverage. She was super considerate that she would ask you a lot questions and making sure she get you the perfect policy. Anyways, I recommand Stephanie and Steve Yang's team to everyone no matter if you are new to Houston or local Texans!
