Jennifer Stevens - GEICO Insurance Agent

I was a 10 year member with this GEICO location. I recently had to switch insurance due to the way I was handled. All I wanted to do was add liability to a 2007 truck on my policy. My bill (which was already high) 368$ went all the way up to 510$. I asked why would that add so much to my bill and I was given a sarcastic remark stating, “that’s what happens when you add another vehicle to your policy”. She also took 4 calls in the 15 minute span of us having a conversation. Very unprofessional honestly. I gladly walked out and went across the street to State Farm. They accommodated me immediately and I started a policy over there for 225$ for both vehicles. I just thought being a member for so long would have some sort of benefits. They did not try to work with me at all and seemed happy I

Gina Frontiero treated us like family, explaining what we need on our policies and what we don’t need. She saved us a lot of money in contrast to what we were paying the previous company. If we ever have a question Gina responds quickly and is very helpful. This office and Gina have been so supportive and so much more efficient than working online with our previous insurance company.

Went by this afternoon because I was having trouble with the website. And even though it was not something she could do herself. Vivian was able to help me out and was very very nice. I was able to leave with my goal accomplished. Thank you so so much Vivian!

Alesia is awesome and very professional. No pressure to purchase insurance. She makes you feel very comfortable. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing insurance.
