My parents started out with State Farm before I was ever thought of, over 58 years ago. They started each one of my siblings and made sure their grandchildren had State Farm as well. Kendra has been absolutely phenomenal in assisting us with changing insurance. We bundled home and auto and saved about 5% on home with 3% lower deductibles, and about 15% on auto. We ran into a little challenge with some requirements on the home insurance, but Kendra was able to work through everything and ensured we had everything while explaining everything in detail if we had any questions. By far the best experience I’ve had with any type of insurance and customer service.

My policies are always really easy to access, discounts are great, and if you have to file a claim the app makes it really easy. We’ve been a customer for so long, I remember going as a kid with my dad to talk with Ms. Jana. She’s been there when I was a new driver & now as an adult with my own policy! She’s like family at this point!! She’s always so helpful with whatever is it we need & responds so quickly💞 She is truly what keeps us from going anywhere else:) thank you Ms Jana!
