After insuring my home with this agency for several years, they canceled my homeowners policy saying they weren't renewing my policy due to my house was in a fire zone. My house is in downtown Glen Ellen, not in the hills next to a Fire Station! No claims and paid my policy each month on time.the worst treatment of an existing customer ever! I would never insure anything through them. Get ready to be dropped if you have them!

Great agency. I started with Gary Matto and now deal with Jennifer and Chuck, the second generation. Jennifer and Chuck are very responsive and available via phone. Unlike other agencies, you do not have to wait for call backs. Great parenting, Gary!

Reached out to Jennifer to get an insurance quote for a home I was purchasing. We exchanged a few emails and also a phone call to give her details on the new property. She said she would get back to me with a quote. She never did. I reached out to her again asking if there was any status. No response. Must be nice to have so much business that you don't need new customers.

She taking care of us so fast,car and home insurance at that day. We both go home so happy becouse we have a really good deal payment coverage on everything compare to payment that we have with our old insurance (travelers). I just had a very helpful conversation with Chuck, and I would say to Martha V., your beef was with the person who answered the phone, not Jennifer. I have used this office for 10 years and have always gotten prompt and courteous service. Allstate's "800" number service is another thing.
