I had a great experience working with my Christine and her team this past year. They were always responsive, patient with questions, and took the time to clearly explain my options so I could make informed decisions. I never felt pushed toward unnecessary coverage, and they helped me find a policy that balanced cost and protection in a way that made sense. There customer service has been a 10/10. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable insurance broker.

Due to a mistake by FEMA, my lender was dropped as an insured for my required flood insurance. I was unknowingly was canceled from my original annual low premium flood insurance, and would have to establish a new flood policy at 3 times the previous premium. Lizzy at Christine Tickner State Farm caught this, and worked together with me, to get my lender and FEMA on several conference calls to prove FEMA made the error, not anyone on the lender side. FEMA reinstated the original policy with the low premium. No one at my lender nor FEMA made any effort to rectify this, and it was only Lizzy at Christine Tickner State Farm that discovered it, and held both lender and FEMA’s feet to the fire until this issue was resolved.
