They say you can save money by bypassing the agent and setting up your insurance direct to the agency online. Yeah, I tried that. I saved some money, but there's something to be said for having an agent. It can be hard to get answers from an app. So when my old State Farm agent called to see if I would be interested in coming back and showed me that they could save me even more money I jumped at the opportunity. I'm very pleased with my overall experience.
