I sold my home last summer & have now tried to get the policy canceled 5 times. I recently was turned into collections for not paying the policy, so they owe me for the previous policy. I have went in person and also provided proof the home was sold. I was told by 3 people in the office that they would issue me a check for the overpay i was due. I can’t be expected to pay someone else’s homeowners policy, it has coverage with the new owner 🤦🏻

I have went there twice and worked with Lisa Wright in the title department and she is very nice and polite and knowledge. I recommend her for sure.

They do their jobs, and are usually nice. A few employees can get exasperated easy though.
