Hmmm. The reason I am Not giving a 5 star rating is because I have been with Allstate for many years and although the office sends an email that my policy is about to renew. Allstate does not call me to review my policy. I have to call them to see if my polices are where they should be for today’s market. Also, if there is any where I can save any money. I have several policies with Allstate and I wish they would initiate that conversation yearly.
