Jeff Welborn - State Farm Insurance Agent

Sent a text to the agent to get some information about a policy that I have. Have not received any response as of today.

Customer service is great on the outside but once you get passed the roses this office is terrible. We have been dealing with Jeff Welborn and his office staff for the last year and a half with terrible accountability for their actions and poor agent knowledge of their own system. They have done everything from over bill, unable to get the drive safe program functioning properly for the first five months, billing monthly fees to a credit card that was used for a separate business account we had with them, charging us for drivers in our household that have their own insurance through them, agents that don't know how to properly do their job and a list of other problems we have had that I won't get into online. Overall we are very unsatisfied with this office and have taken our account to an

Great experience with them so far.

We have been with State Farm for a very long time. There has never been a person with bad manners. Everyone has been very respectful and curtious. We love State Farm .

Have gotten a quote for auto insurance in the past and they were usually higher. Could not believe the difference in their quote for auto and renters i surance , this time around. No one could beat it!
