Farmers Insurance - Brady Jones

This insurance agency is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. I had a specifically bad experience with a Josh Ankrum who works for this company. Not to mention this makes my second bad experience with Farmer's insurance in general. They literally train their people to use "I'm busy" as an excuse to not follow up and do their jobs. I will never use this agency or Farmer's ever again! To respond to Mr. Jones claims of taking accountability, it would be great if you took accountability for the lack of training for your associates. It's a shame that you would place blame on part of the customer when I clearly spoke of several issues with the service (or lack thereof that I received) typical sweep it under the rug mentality. It's a shame that the one photo I didn't send allowed

Jordan and another gentleman were great in assisting with my home insurance. It was a quick process as well. Very attentive.

As I shopped for new home and auto insurance, Jordan took his time for over an hour and was kind, thorough, and never pressured. He answered every question and concern and was a huge part of my decision to go with Farmers. The other wonderful thing was the price! I was not overcharged for insurance! Hallelujah!!!

Brady was very patient and very helpful! I appreciate him getting my insurance way cheaper than what we had! Great experience!
