Anthony was absolutely fantastic to work with, he made the transition from Geico to SF so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Honestly I have been so stressed with insurance crap and being upsold and being talked to like I’m not familiar with this, but Anthony was friendly, easy to talk to, made jokes (which is huge for me), and made sure that I understood everything about my policy - not to mention he’s saving me a ton of $$$. 10/10 would recommend working w him and this agency.

Over the last few days I had the absolute pleasure of working with Britney to obtain homeowners insurance after finding out our previous carrier dropped our coverage without informing us. Britney not only provided outstanding customer service and professionalism, but her kindness and compassion in handling my anxiety was incredible. She provided detailed explanations every step of the way, answered every question I had thoroughly, and made recommendations she felt would benefit my family. In my opinion, she went above and beyond, however, I truly believe this is the level of service she provides to everyone she works with.
