Avanti Benefits helped me greatly with my insurance needs. They are very knowledgeable and were always available to talk. Insurance can be very confusing and Avanti took their time in explaining everything to me. They gave me quotes for life insurance and also helped a friend of the family with acquiring a subsidy to get individual insurance. Like many people, my wife and I approached retirement and Medicare specifically, as something we needed to complete but had very little idea of how to get started. I knew Bob Ziff (Avanti) and asked if he would be willing to assist us in the process. In reality, he walked us through the process, provided guidance on reviewing and choosing our options, completing the paperwork and hand delivered it to the Social Security office. AFTER TELLING ME OF HIS 40 YEARS EXPERIANCE HE WROTE ME UP THE WRONG TEMP MEDICAL POLICY OUT OF JUST TWO POLICIES WE REVIEWED. I DISCOVERED HIS MISTAKE AND STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE BUT HIS ATTITUDE WAS CAVALIER/NO BIG DEAL AS IF THE MISTAKE WAS EQUIVALENT TO ORDERING THE WRONG APPETIZER OFF HIS DENNY'S EARLY BIRD SPECIAL. 40 YEARS EXPERIANCE AND A 50/50 SHOT AND STILL SOMEHOW MANAGED TO MAKE AN EGREGIOUS ERROR THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AVOIDED.
