Couple weeks ago my Wife hit a deer, Karrie was great as usual, she called to see how things were going, then at the end she called to see how things went. I'm sure if I looked I could find cheaper insurance, the service we get from All-State when we put in a claim is well worth it. That's why we have been with them for over 20 years!

Was an auto insurance customer for seven years, no claims, perfect payment history and they kept raising my rates under some bullshit pretext such as the accidents of other drivers. Went to Progressive for half the money for the same exact coverage. Shameful.

This is by far the best Agency we have every had! Great service to start and years later same great people and service. They make reminder calls and make sure to stay on top of what we need.
