Do not get State Farm. They are sneaky and shady. I had insurance with them for about 5 yrs. When my car died forever I suspended my coverage. In the past when I've done that. They told me I had a yr to get a different car and I could be reinstated. This time they did not tell me before hand and charged me and extra 34 dollars a month. When I called she told me they needed to recoup their losses. What losses? What did they lose? They never did that in the past. I had until June. On top of that she told me on the phone that she was saving me 9 dollars a month. When I called to reinstate my policy. Never telling me the over all bill would 114 and change. Rediculous. Best customer service out there. I had been with my previous agency for 8 years and was satisfied with them. But a friend shared with me some examples of this agency's help to them, so I decided to meet and discuss my situation. I decided to switch to this agency and I could not be happier. If I could rate it zero stars that is where this organization belongs. I was with State Farm for nearly 40 years before ever maki9ng the first claim. and due their adjuster's inability to make it to where i chose to have my vehicle fixed, by law that is your right, because it was not in their preferred list of gougers, it took them over a month to get out to the body shop. Well, my rental car coverage only lasts for one month, so it took 29 days for him to show up, and another 11 days to fix the vehicle. So, I am well over the month allotted. Well assuming since this is their problem with the adjuster's scheduling, and I had not hand in this at all that they would waive the additional rental fees. Think again arrogant kuhlmann argued with me to the end. I called corporate with the same de
