This agency is questionably doing insurance fraud , if you have a policy through them contact the carrier directly and confirm everything . They have access to low rates here and that’s about as far as it goes after they take your money you can expect 0 level of customer service . I came home to a letter in the mail that my auto insurance was canceled for non payment this is a new policy and an honest oversight but this agency is overseeing the policy so I don’t understand how I never got a letter informing me coverage would end on such an such date instead just a letter stating coverage was canceled a week ago. To make matters worse I literally just spoke to him on the phone not even 7 days ago regarding the homeowners policy I have with him . Just totally unorganized and negligent an

Have been contacting office for several days now.. regarding agent forgetting to put rental insurance on my policy, new policy put in wrong name and now wrong info for start date of new policy. Now insurance company may not pay at all for the accident gap coverage or anything due to start date being one day wrong also. Have emailed and called man many times. Requested office manager call me. ONLY to be completely avoided. I have lost all chance of getting a rental after a accident for this grievous mistake that could have been corrected. I switched insurance companies at his recommendation to cover the rental from previous policy. BUT I HAVE NO RENTAL added to it ! Why would agent have me get insurance to cover my rental from old insurance company with a new insurance company???? I ha

My agent didn't handle my case well and I got two issues from two different insurance companies. I told him about that issues and for solve the problem, I texting, calling, and emailing, visiting for seven months since February. No one will know how much hard time I've been with this problem. But unfortunately, I knew that it wasn't gonna work out anymore. and I only got 38dollars from the company that I was supposed to reimbursement a few hundred dollars and finally today, I had to pay back $116.37 to another insurance company as well. I lost money and so much stress and it was a terrible experience I don't want to go through again.
