Rebecca was incredibly patient, helpful, and overall very pleasant to work with. I appreciate everything she did to help me get everything figured out and in working order.

Just got off the phone with Rebecca at Farmer’s Insurance and I literally said out loud to nobody, “That’s how all customer support calls should be.” She helped me bundle my home and auto, saved me money, and was ridiculously pleasant the entire time. I called Farmers Insurance in Southington and I’m so glad I did! Rebecca was very fast, efficient and friendly. She went over and above to help me with getting the right coverage for my business.
