I have been with this company for some years now and even though they are a bit higher in price their quality is the best. My agent Estevan has taken care of us along several issues and has made us happy when they have come up. I've been a long time customer with Allstate and I don't have a problem with the broker but I do have a complaint against Allstate. They want to put the cheapest parts in my car to be fixed. It's unbelievable how much money they take from us, raising our premium when they feel like it but they don't want to pay for my car. Es increible de como roban las aseguranzas de carros y a la hora de pagarte el carro te quieren dar una miseria por tu carro siendo que siempre has pagado mes tras mes.
