I had an extremely disappointing experience with this insurance broker and would not recommend their services to anyone. The customer service is unprofessional and outright rude. I initially purchased liability insurance through them for my Chevrolet S10, paying $280 upfront, with a monthly premium of $190. After realizing that I could get the same coverage elsewhere for only $150 down and $100 per month, I decided to cancel. When I called to inform them, I was told that I would receive a refund check for the remaining balance within two to four weeks. However, it has now been over a month and half, and I still have not received my check for a lousy $70.
