Jd Parry Insurance Agency, Inc American Family Insurance

First off my really good agent changed companies and I was just given to this agent with no warning. I called to cancel my policy and they gave me several different stories as to where the money was for my home policy and when I would receive it. They flat out lied to me a couple of times. The obvious conclusion is that these people have no idea what they are doing! Incompetence is the nicest word for their office. Meanwhile I've got to get money to my new company who actually knows what they are doing. Will never use this company again. My father had a terrible time with these guys not being able to find his policies. The corporate were no better help for him. RUN AWAY!

Recently my car was stolen from my residence, which is very annoying and frustrating by itself, but then when I went to make a claim with the insurance company I was informed that I had not made a payment and my coverage had lapsed! I was in shock because I had no idea and thought my payments were up-to-date. Jd was awesome and a great ally in a horrible situation. He went above and beyond and worked with the company to find out where communication had gone wrong and to figure out a solution to the problem at hand. I would recommend Jd and American Family Insurance to anyone. Thanks Jd!!

JD has been my insurance agent for years now. I’ve had a car t bone me and a water heater explode (2 different events haha). He handle both situations great and made sure I was taken care of. Whether you need car or home insurance I’d highly recommend JD!

I was with another local agent who I could not even get to answer the phone when we had severe damage to our home. Thank you to the young lady who answered the phone at your office and was able to help me get ahold of someone to start a claim. All my policies are being transferred to your office! Great customer service.

JD and his staff are helpful and friendly and have helped our family get great policies at reasonable prices. Although, they can be hard to reach sometimes. Lately I have had to call 3 or 4 times in an hour just to get someone to answer the phone.
