I have been very impressed working with Haydn to help mutual clients and my contacts. Since he's an independent agent, he can and does search the whole market for the best policy, and he is very knowledgeable as to what issues people should plan for and care about most. I've also seen him tell people to keep their current policy, rather than sign up with him when their policy was good. He puts his clients' interests above his own, which many agents don't do.
