Judi is phenomenal!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and goes way above and beyond what is required of her. My wife and I were going to get our registration canceled due to a mistake our prior insurance company made. Not only did Judi make me aware of the issue, but she got everything rectified for us. I highly recommend calling Judi for any and all insurance needs you have. I have worked in the mortgage and automotive industry both. Lisa is my go to here at J&B insurance. I was a new driver first year and she set me up the best way she possibly could. Now I’ve been at this location going on my 3rd insurance year and she still never fails but to show the way a business should be ran. JB insurance is excellent I been with them almost 10 years never had a problem any issues Lisa was always there to take care of any issues I would highly recommend them

Horrible customer service. Super rude and unknowledgeable staff. Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star otherwise I would give them 0 stars. Awful people.
