The lady working tried to close a whole hour early and would let me in until I kept on asking what time do they actually close because their hours say 5. I’m pretty sure this is the same lady the other reviews are talking about. She is currently saying bad things about me to customers. And told two people to leave. Her friend left and called me a b****, I guess she was trying to leave early to go out with her. She is being very rude and continues to say bad things about me to customers. You can tell she just doesn’t want to be here. I wish I could’ve left my job an hour before we closed so I could get here. But I couldn’t because that is my job. I literally am only giving this place ONE STAR because I NEEDED to, to post this. This place is TERRIBLE. MARISA at the office in CHELSEA, MA. is probably the worst employee I have ever come into contact with. She told me and my boyfriend that if we paid a certain amount in October and then again in December, we wouldn't have to pay January or February. WELL SHE WAS WRONG. and because we were considered "late" on payments because we DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD TO PAY, they cancelled our insurance! Then, when my boyfriend goes to say something this dumb broad was like "whoever gave you that information was incorrect that's false info." IT WAS YOU, YA MORON! Once she said who she was and confirmed that she was the one who gave us this INCORRECT information, of course we went off and got mad! She had

worst place to go for insurance very un proffecional gladys is rude to the customers keeps you on hold for about 20 mins and then hangs up on you. Then try calling again and answered the phone and said that it was the somerville office even though i recognized her voice and she hung the phone again had the BMW car dealer waiting for a fax only cause she knew i was there waiting.

This place is a joke... the lady inside is lazy and useless. You can tell she doesn’t like working. That’s all I will say. Don’t waste your time coming here !!!!
