She was very polite and helpful by letting me know that I could also get an umbrella policy as well as earthquake coverage included with the auto and home policies for less than I was currently paying for just those three. She also clearly explained my HOA's coverage on my condo, which I had not recalled. She made the transition from my old insurance policies to State Farm very easy and I highly recommend Rocio as a competent, professional agent who made my experience a great one.
