Dilan Chairez really took the time and a lot of effort to help me with my auto insurance. He helped me save a huge amount of money and to help me fix my insurance policy to make sure I am paying the correct amount and have the correct insurance policy to fit my budget!!! I was blessed he did this around the holidays!! He does make sure your business is valued in every possible way. He also made me feel valued as a customer!! Not only him but his whole office crew!! Thank you again!!! We will forever remember this awesome experience!!! If you ever need any kind of insurance be sure to visit their Juan Tabo office!! They will take care of you !!

I have had Geico for about 6 years, recently I have had SEVERAL people that I don't know or never been in contact with, added to my policy, with no explanation or conclusion of what's going on, on top of that. My so who does not drive my vehicle or drive period was added to my policy and I was charge $300, After months of sending in info that my 19 year old Son does not stay with me it was finally taken off but no refund what so ever. Once I find a new insurance I will be canceling, with all the non- drivers here you would think it would be better insurance available

I am not reviewing this agency! GEICO National online will not address how badly I was treated! I have been a customer for 28 yrs. Other woman have been Customers even longer! I caution anyone buying GEICO insurance as it seems there is age and gender discrimination on a national level! I was left stranded twice by their horrible roadside assistance! I was over charged....age, retired don't drive much! Their online Customer service is horrible! Yes I am White, Always have been! So what! Apparently this company has become "woke" and thinks treating people badly is okay. Lets see what the Federal Trade Commission has to say! I do not recommend GEICO!
