Jay Kight - State Farm Insurance Agent

Quality customer service is lacking from Mr. Kight. There is no empathy for problems created by State Farm. I'm retired and disabled and was treated poorly. I had to pay for my 25k roof all on my own. Hail damage that they refused to cover. Awful insurance rep who could care less. Bet this wouldn't happen to his mother.

Jay, with the assistance of his talented staff, has recently helped me when I needed to make changes in my insurance coverage. I appreciate the personal attention and assessment of my family’s needs. Over the years we’ve had accident claims, storm damage ….and never had an issue. Nicest insurance office I’ve ever dealt with.

Jay Kight and his people are excellent. I have been with them for almost 30 years and have never had a bad experience, always a great experience. the staff is very helpful and takes the time to talk to me and explain what I have and/or need. Customer service is EXCELLENT

In Richmond Hill our home was damaged my the Hurricane Helene our deductible for hurricanes $7,500 our loss was almost 10,000 they paid NOTHING! We just had our bathroom and bedroom tile floors flooded by an over flowing shower. They told us they did not cover that loss at all. Why even have insurance with this company #1 worst customer service, hostile office people when you ask about a claim. Stay away from STATE FARM Insurance.

Jay and the crew have been super helpful and quick to respond. State Farm’s rates have been extremely fair and competitive and their service has been a pleasure. We had a huge hail storm a few weeks ago and I know they were slammed, but they handled my claim immediately and professionally. I have had no problems and highly recommend.
