Service has been okay. I'm disappointed about not getting full info up front related to a Progressive policy and getting charged $30 to cancel after finding better rate (but encouraged to shop around to lower rate by agent). I have had to follow up several times after sending emails for quotes and information. They are generally very nice at this office, but getting some business taken care of with home and auto has been frustrating as well. We are new to the area and new to GA, and I was just hoping for a little better customer service and support.

We were trying to get our roof fixed from the bad hurricane storm that came through in September.The Adjuster refused to do detailed inspection.all he did was a walk around the house.now when we have another storm our roof will be destroyed by the wind and rain due to our claim being denied.

Laura Smiley has been wonderful through the whole process of getting our home and vehicles insured. She has been patient and knowledgeable whenever I had questions. Her rates are competitive and fair. My wife once used her before we got married and while on assignment in Florida, Miss Laura even drove halfway down there to pick-up documents. She goes the extra mile for her clients.

I have been very pleased with Laura Smiley. We had a difficult situation buying a foreclosure and she helped us when no one else could. Very thankful for GFB.

Disappointed. Extremely slow and unresponsive. 2 weeks to get a quote.
