Jason and Kristina have gone above and beyond for me. Not only have they provided me with the most affordable coverage for our vehicles over the years, but recently, when I became self-employed, they put so much time and care into helping me obtain a short-term disability and life insurance plan, as well as helping me understand and invest my 401k. I always feel like they truly care and want the best for their customers, they are down-to-earth people, and are always willing to help or answer any questions. She laid out all the options in a way that was easy to understand and really helped me feel more confident about making adjustments to better fit my budget. She also gave me a heads-up about some upcoming changes to their auto insurance policies which was super helpful for planning ahead. My agent is Cory, nothing short of wonderful. The entire experience from personalize to professionalism was top tier. Very knowledgeable and answered every question in detail and swiftly. I extremely easy to work with and explain each policy! I went in looking to set up auto pay on my home insurance policy and now have my jewelry, guns, boat, and vehicles insured in amazing packages! Also amazing life insurance policies for my twins! Edited to add, he was so nice I just talked to my dad about him, he’s the real life “Jake” from State Farm and even better!
