There’s nothing that takes a load off like the excellent customer service of a competent person, and Meet Patel at this State Farm office epitomized that experience when I called in a few days ago! He was right on the ball with everything I was saying and inquiring about; he helped me get my policies transferred and set up in no time, and I never had to repeat myself, nor did I have the feeling he was ever unsure throughout our interaction.
