I reached out to Jason' office for some clarification on my auto insurance. Alina Turek initially had taken my problem and I instantly was assured of a good outcome. I never felt so comfortable speaking with Alina as she has an incredible way of addressing your issue and following through. She listened, she reviewed my polices and she took the time to resolve my issue. I was very pleased and also I must say she has a pleasant way of listening to you and not just rambling off what State Farm's policies are. She goes the extra mile to make sure that al my premiums are the best that I can get. She is a true asset to this office and I hope she continues as I truly was pleased with her efforts.

I’ve been a State Farm customer for 15 years with both homeowners and life insurance policies, and I filed my first ever claim. I discovered moisture and mold in my basement bathroom, and I acted immediately — hiring a licensed plumber and a mold mitigation company. The damage turned out to be caused by a hidden leak in a cast iron pipe behind the wall, confirmed by professionals. My policy language covered it, but my claim was denied.
