Terrible experience. I had a car collision back in 2015, my fault and not covered. I contacted them right away to do 10 monthly payments, giving them all my bank info and everything and made sure everything was ok. 3 years after my experian report shows a collection from them with a $1000 late fee. I gave them a call and the representative told me i never contacted them back then, and no monthly payments were decided. Besides the fact they failed to note my call and payments agreement, I am very surprised nobody from them ever tried to contact me (they got my phone number, email and physical address) to check with me in 3 years. What a surprise 3 years after to discover it on my credit report, plus i guess my credit report is screwed up for a while.

Nobody answers the phone. Not sure they are a real claims company.
