Jared Faniel - State Farm Insurance Agent

A huge shoutout to Kimberly. I had a bad experience on the phone with someone else, but when i called again Kimberly answered and was able to help me right away, she made the phone call very peaceful and was able to answer all my questions with no complaints! Thank you so much Kimberly, I really appreciate you. Kimberly truly deserves a raise for how amazing she is and how professional she is. Went out of her way to help me, thank you so much! I wish i could give a 100 stars!

Now i did one good review, again shoutout to Kimberly and i gave her a separate post and i did give her a five star because she was amazing , but for this review it will be a one star due to Colleen , Colleen was no help, barely knows what she’s talking about and has a dang attitude, whole time telling me five different things on why the insurance went up but not the true fact… so shout to colleen for being the worse agent at state farm. She also then hung up on me , very unprofessional and childish!! I also seen someone said the same thing, why keep an employee who is like that..?Anyways Kimberly ended up answering the second time when i had call and I am forever grateful for her and that’s why i gave her five stars, on the other hand Colleen needs to learn how to not hang up and talk t

Colleen was extremely helpful very kind and empathetic was able to promptly answer my questions and assist me with my current situation very friendly, very professional as someone who’s worked in the insurance industry. This is someone I would definitely recommend you have as your insurance agent.

This is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Jared Faniel is never available to answer questions or concerns. The staff is very unprofessional not to mention Carline she decided to hang up while I was asking her legit questions regarding my policy. My family and I have been with this location for over 25 years and by far never been treated the way we are treated now. I wish I had the opportunity to give this location zero stars because they don’t deserve one star.

Kimberly was super helpful and made getting house insurance really easy. She explained everything in simple terms and made sure I understood what I was getting. She was friendly, patient, and didn’t pressure me at all. I felt like she really cared about finding the best coverage for my home. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for reliable home insurance help.
