Never purchase Allstat insurance...terrible treatment.

Terrible customer service Delmy Sandoval is unprofessional. She has a bad attitude and lack of understanding of insurance. I would recommend you avoid these people.

I was hopping to get some help, Apparently did not find the time to look into my claim any forward, and told me to cal ALLSTATE. Agents are eager to SELL you but do little to put an effort to at least TRY to find a solution. This agent did not sell me the original policy, but she could have done something to find out and a particular person to call.

So far service has been great. Good customer service and I appreciate their bilingual nature.

Very good customer service, I recently had a claim and they helped me, keeping me updated, making everything easier and less complicated.
