Statefarm, poteau, is a fantastic insurance agency. The staff are super friendly, and Phoenix did a wonderful job getting me a great low price on my new motorcycle insurance. 10/10 would totally reccomend😃

This agent and staff have met my needs for home and auto for over 5 years. I like some "gadgets" that are offered to help the home office evaluate you, as a customer, but those gadgets can help you get a discount. The good driver devise measures the safeness of your driving while the "Ting" device measures the electrical safeness of your home and will alert you to any "hot" wiring within your home. In case that happens, a specialist will contact you and usually can identify the specific problem. That saves the company money but can save your home or possibly a life.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the rates here. The employees are very polite and always eager to answer any questions. After paying a ridiculous amount for insurance at Farmers in Spiro for years, I decided to check around for other options. Thank goodness I checked here. I was able to get better coverage at 1/3 of the cost as I was paying with Brian Brooks at Farmers in Spiro. The employees at Farmers couldn't explain why I was paying so much, and I could never get a call from Mr Brooks himself to explain it either. I hear he stepped down shortly afterwards. I am very pleased with James Smith-State Farm in Poteau. They definitely get 5 STARS 🌟 . We will soon be switching our homeowners insurance to State Farm as well.

James and his crew have been taking care of our family for years!!! They are truely a "Good Neighbor". When you walk in, they know your name. You are taken care of immediately and treated like you are special. They covered our home and vehicles in Oklahoma and now cover them in Arkansas when we moved. Highly recommend!
