My home insurance is like an umbrella policy from farm bureau yet when you call them and inquire about it their first response is always we don't have any insurance with you then I have to go dig out my policy to give them the company name and account number for them to tell me that I have to contact them so why do you need to get insurance through farm bureau if you completely use the other company I do not know why at the time they sold me through this company but customer service should be through from bureau if that's who they pair you with I will be contacting someone else when mine is up for renewal
