I have been working with Mickie since the Lyons office was closed. Her customer service has been excellent. She has followed through with all the different situations my insurance craziness has gone through. She has kept me informed every step of the way. She also found me a better car insurance this past year because I didn’t like the standards the other company was using. And she worked with me when I had already spoken with someone in the office who didn’t get back to me because of various circumstances. Working with Mickie has made insurance less complicated for me. Lisa is amazing. I asked her last week to review my Auto and Home policies for possible updating and assessment of needs. She came back to me yesterday with GOOD news. She was able to find comparable coverage on both for several hundred dollars less than I would have paid with my current company. She was thorough, friendly, patient and accommodating. I felt she was really concerned about my needs and did everything she could to meet my expectations. My brother-in-law, my daughter and my friend all appreciate her service also. She Rocks!
