I have been in the auto industry for over 14 years... Today I had to call Ely & Leene/Mead-Maloy for an issue with a client's insurance policy... NEVER in my time in this industry have I received the customer service I have from an insurance agency... Lisa was the MOST helpful, kind, and respectful agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with... In fact it was such great service that I will be calling her when I'm ready to renew my own policy. Thank you so much Lisa, and the team at Ely & Leene... you were wonderful!
Dis not send me a car insurance bill, I've been driving without insurance for months. No one answers there phone and no answering machine.
Don't know what I'd do without the help of the wonderful people that work at the Ely & Leene office in Newark, NY. They are ALWAYS helpful in finding the best policy for me and my husband! I've also gone through them and when my husband saw how great of service I was getting he switched over too!
They do very well here. I like them.
They gave us a good quote but the lady who took care of us was verry miserable and had abusalutly no.personalitly
