I’ve been with James Muniz at Allstate for several years now and have had amazing service throughout. With every life event or small question, the entire team gives the same level of dedication and attention to detail. Just recently worked with Stephanie and she was very supportive, kept me informed and made sure I was getting the best rate possible. She has made a fairly difficult and cumbersome task into an enjoyable experience.

This insurance company is AMAZING. They are very helpful in explaining all of the different aspects of insurance coverage and how they apply to your specific situation. I have had the pleasure of speaking with James Muniz multiple times, and his associate Julian. Their return phone calls are very prompt if you leave a message! I highly recommend James Muniz at Allstate Insurance! Their insurance policy pricing was better than everyone else’s that I had a quote from. I’m very thankful that I found them.

Jim muniz reaches out with a personal email offering support if I ever need help. I have my auto as well as business insurance through them. Couldn't be happier with this office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
