I had to refile a clame for storm damage, Jim got on the phone with his corporate rep and I received my check in 9 days. That is what I call "Good Service".
First time face to face in the 30 years I have done business with him. Excellent experience, and I look forward returning soon to start some additional ventures.
Jim is simply the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. He goes the extra mile and cares about his customers.
