James Leiken - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mr. Leiken has been my State Farm representative for approximately 11 years now. I had found him by chance with an advertisement during an Indians game and he was close to where I worked at the time. I consider myself lucky to have met him and worked with him throughout the years. He not only takes information and makes changes, but he genuinely cares about his clients and even checks in after a claim consistently to make sure everything is going smoothly. He even will make sure that his clients are doing well if he hasn’t heard from them in a bit. Top-notch, very professional and I consider him the best agent in northeastern Ohio.
