This is probably the absolute best place I have been when dealing with insurance related needs. Francheta was soo extremely helpful, patient and kind with me while helping me find the right insurance for what I need. Best customer service I’ve ever received. Will only be doing business with them from here on out

they provided me absolutely no guidance or assistance until I basically told them I am switching to another insurance agent. When the accident first happened i spent more than one hour clicking links wading through chat bots and not getting info Meanwhile, the guy who hit me had an agent on the phone with me and coordinated everything. Now I am using AI to help me because the AllState rep hasn't given me really anything to help me. Do I negotiate for a fair price. Do i request seeing the report where they came up with the price? Should I check the market value? Chat GPT gave me that info, not the insurance pros. Yeesh.
