James mason is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever dealt with in my entire life experience. I have been dealing with two of the guys from here. The latest one is Mr Walker. This company says that they cover leaky oil burners that result in mold. I was told my claim needed to be done in a timely matter which it wasnt. It wasn't done as fast as they like because i have no reasons to go in an unfinished basements that only has an oil burner in it. I did not realize there was an issue until I started having health problems which I then reached out immediately when I realized what the problem was, mold due to a leaky burner. If you have the misfortune of having your insurance carrier assign this firm to handle your loss IMMEDIATELY DEMAND they change to a different company. I am aware of numerous cases of customers being short changed as a result of their inaccurate representation to the carrier. Run as fast as you can in any other direction. This is an absolute terrible company! We regret not looking at reviews prior to "working" with them, but we never thought this part of the process would have so many challenges. Our claim was straightforward and seemingly simple - and turned into such an unnecessary ordeal with this crew. Their adjusters and owner/president are unknowleable, rude, dismismissive, dishonest and INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Put yourselves in better hands and find another company.

If you get this company to do an adjustment because of a loss in your home good luck. They do not answer the phone or return calls at all. They write inaccurate information on your claim and you will get no where! You are better off ignoring them and going directly to your carrier because they will not adjust anything for a long long long time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This company is racist and their Adjuster is unprofessional. Our Situation has not been handled with honesty and this resulted in our Children having recurrent Lungs Problems and severe Asthma still calling them and never replying or acknowledging our Email.
