Such an amazing experience getting auto and rental policies with Daniel Ermert at State Farm. Dan was extremely informative, knowledgeable and very patient. I had many questions, to compare different insurance companies, with an intention to get a lower monthly payment. I was able to reach Dan the multiple times that I had to call back into the office with additional questions regarding defensive driving and other small details. I was able to get a very competitive quote within the same day I rescheduled out. Will refer Dan to my friends and family who are looking for a great rate from an experienced insurance agent.

Our family has had auto, homeowners and life insurance policies with Joe Mattera since the office opened. Joe gives very indepth answers to questions about policies to be sure we understand all of the possible pitfalls. Linda can always be counted on for a very quick and friendly response to all kinds of questions about the policies-- once my son needed a PDF of a page from our homeowners' policy in order to register for housing at college, and he frantically called me to ask for it--and Linda sent it to us immediately right on the phone so he had it in hand. This is the kind of old-school customer service that is so rare nowadays.
