I have called a few times and only got him one time. While I received my policy review I was never informed by Allstate OR Mr Geraci that you no longer are able to renew by paying monthly. They send your bill and that’s how you find out you owe much more in advance. I’m looking for another insurance company and if I stay with Allstatei am getting a new agent.

Dropping insurance as result of unprofessionalism of agent who did not return phone calls after leaving a few messages. Also due to constant increases although I had been a customer for 15 years and never filed a claim.

Everything is easy and I appreciate the online portal to order cards. Everytime I call everyone is informative and knows exactly what they are talking about
