Horrible service, I called the 888 number two time making sure the office will provided a simple letter. Why? Because I just got major back surgery, I can’t stand or sit for long period of time. When I got to the office they told me that the customer service representative was not there but at the Elmhurst hospital so I have to walk to the Hospital. Once there I have to wait for another representative to finish his conversation with a member which I’m not complaining for. He kindly sent me around to look for Mr Armando at the second Health First desk. When I get there I told him that I was looking for him but rather that say hello it’s me, have a seat, I’m in my lunch time, could you please wait? My lunch will be over at X time. I was there first time 5months ago. My person was Ana Maria Almanzar. She applyed my essential plan for me then she said in 2weeks I will get insurance. I waited a long time but it didn't come. I texted her so many times. She said "I will check" but everytime she didn't reply me at all. Finally I went back and ask her whats going on, She doesn't even remember me and She doesn't have my personal information at all. So I had to give her every informations again . I had an appointment and there was nobody. ..waited 30mins and nothing...This people should get fired
