Canceled my insurance with Allstate and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my renewal refund returned to my bank account. And all I get is the run around from them . It's overdrafted my account and I have numerous overdraft charges I now have to pay because I can't get my money back from them .... It's left me in such a financial bind....

My rep Joey Robinson is the best you can ask for. This guy goes above and beyond. Joey has been the most straightforward and communicative person I’ve ever come across in the industry, truly a pleasure to do business with for home, auto, and exploring life insurance policies. Ended up saving me some money along the way too. Not only has he been communicative with myself during a transitional period, he has also been incredibly responsive with my mortgage lender during our home buying process. Top notch. Ask for Joey!

I recently went back to Allstate, because I know that if something happens to my Car or Home they will take care of it. The first time I was with them for 25+ years, so I know what they will and can do. I must be honest I'm not happy about the renewal increases that all Insurance companies keep doing. I wish they would go back to the old days were each person was charged accordingly tickets, accidents, age, etc. These increases are too much and it's causing someone like myself to change companies every 2 years or so. Allstate is a good company, but the renewal increases are just to much. Mrs. Rose 🌹
