Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly. He’ll break the insurance system down into chunks so you can understand it well. He’s a great help in the confusing world of auto insurance. Best be sure, you can trust this dude.

Entire office is rude as all sin. They continuously call my office harassing my agents and verbally assaulting them, all to get information on a policy that isn't theirs to begin with. They do NOT provide proper paperwork, therefore making the client go the extra mile when they come to you for that service. Absolutely shameful if you ask me.

I have emailed, called, left messagesetc so I can change make additions to my renters insurance policy. This has been going on for about 6 months now so pre COVID. I have yet to get a call or response from Jaime Nunes. What I do get is a LOT of spam emails from him asking me if I want all car insurance, home insurance, life nsurance and other products and services. I'll be finding a new service agent come September.

Its our vehicle insurance company, very helpful personnel (Cecil & Angelica). Customer side of counter/divider is kinda hot in summer, no AC. Always a pleasure.
