My parents purchased a life insurance policy for me when I was born. My mother recently passed, so my dad gave me ownership of the policy. We did the paperwork in person with the agent preceding Jacob Warren. So when Jacob gave me a call, I thought it was to finalize information such as beneficiaries and whatnot. Jacob Warren tried to sell me a higher policy and I was not interested. When he realized he wasn’t going to get me to buy a policy, he was extremely rude and childish. When I told him I no longer wanted to work with him, he said “Well then I’ll sell your policy to someone else” and I then told him that’s not what I wanted. He then said “Well if you don’t want to work with me, I’ll sell your policy. You’ll have to speak with customer service.” I am a Navy veteran. This man should n
