Jacob I cannot say enough positive about You and the office team especially Larry Gonzalez . I entered the office right after I had a back up accident in my church parking lot this morning . I had gotten the needed information and some pictures of the car that I hit and my car before I headed for your office.. Of course I was very stressed . Larry was kind, patient, and professional to me an old lady. He asked the right questions and explained everything fully and so that I could easily understand. He went over board in helping me. I gave him the names of a couple of repair companies that I found on line in Byron Center, which is close to where I live.
