If I could leave a zero star I would. I was transferred from a different office, when my agent retired. This office does not return calls, does not respond timely to emails. Overall, cost me thousands more of a 2 year period, than I should have paid for the same coverage. If you must use Farm Bureau - Use Jonathon Hop's office. Hop's office at least seems to care about their customers. Maria's office seemed to look at me as 'how much more money can we get from this customer?' When my rates went up, I was told to shop around insurances, and maybe Farm Bureau could match the quote. Additionally, after cancelling coverage - I asked for Corporate customer service number. Maria's office would not provide it. This office took money out of my account days after I cancelled coverage. Now, I am dea
